Foam systems for dust and odor suppression

Foam systems combine water, compressed air, and a foaming agent to generate a dense foam that traps dust particles and neutralizes odors. Low-temperature systems (down to -45°C)

These fixed systems use monopropylene glycol mixed with water as the working fluid, preventing the circuit from freezing and ensuring full functionality down to -45°C. Ideal for cold environments or frost-prone sites, they provide operational continuity and consistent misting performance even under extreme weather conditions.

Filtration: a fundamental element in misting systems

In medium- and high-pressure misting systems, water quality is critical. Even small impurities can clog nozzles, damage pumps, and drastically reduce system efficiency. That is why filtration is not a detail—it is an essential component.

We use different filtration solutions to ensure consistently clean water:

Sand filters: remove coarse impurities and suspended solids.
Self-cleaning stainless-steel filters: maximum reliability, minimal maintenance, and continuous operation.
Mesh or cartridge filters: fine protection against small particles.
High-flow filtration stations: ideal for extended systems and large water volumes.
Integrated filtration systems with centralized or remote control: smart management, constant supervision, and maximum operational efficiency.

Proper filtration ensures stable performance, reduces failures, and extends system life, guaranteeing uniform and effective misting at all times.

Engineering and development

Our engineering office brings together experienced specialists who study, design, and propose tailored solutions for each customer. The team develops custom dust-suppression systems based on an in-depth analysis of the business, specific needs, applicable regulations, and available resources, with the goal of delivering efficient, safe solutions fully integrated into the customer’s operating context.

Our fixed systems are built with top-quality components designed to ensure strength, efficiency, and durability. We use AISI 304L stainless-steel pipes Ø20 mm with 2 mm wall thickness, capable of withstanding up to 200 bar without degradation. Steel fittings with conical-seat joints provide absolute watertightness, while self-adjusting copper gaskets at the ends of the fittings add an extra level of safety.

Nozzles are mounted on brass supports and secured to the pipes with innovative 1/4" self-tapping clamps, allowing nozzle removal at any time for maintenance and preventing seizing.
